Insect Investigations offers criminal and civil entomology consulting expertise.  Forensic entomology has proven an effective adjunct to police investigations of suspicious deaths where there are insects. Similar analytical techniques are applied to assist in the investigation of civil cases involving  insect contaminated foodstuffs and shipments, as well as structural damage. Services are also available for medical, public health and educational purposes.

• Attend crime scenes and autopsies to collect insect evidence
• Transfer insect evidence to rearing facilities, while maintaining continuity of evidence
• Rear fly larvae to the adult blow fly stage under environmentally monitored conditions
